Soft Skills Training in Gandhinagar and Gujarat
RISEARC was founded to close a specific gap. Colleges and companies invest heavily in soft skills training, but almost none of it produces evidence. Sessions happen, feedback forms get filled, and nothing measurable survives the day.
We built a different model. Every RISEARC programme starts with a competency diagnostic mapped to a nine-point framework covering communication, presence, collaboration, feedback, conflict handling, influence, self-management, adaptability and leadership judgement. Participants are scored before the session and again after. The delta is the deliverable.
For colleges, this matters beyond the classroom. Accreditation bodies increasingly ask institutions to demonstrate outcome-based learning, not attendance. A RISEARC engagement produces a documented competency report that maps to those requirements.
For companies, it means training spend that can be defended in a review. For founders and early teams, it means knowing exactly where the communication gap sits before a fundraise or a customer conversation.
Based in Gandhinagar, delivering across Gujarat and to institutions nationally.
In their words
We asked 76 students what leadership means to them. A few answers.
“Work with them and win with them.”
“It’s not me, but all.”
“A captain who sails the ship in an ocean full of uncertainty.”
“The act of empowering others.”
“Guiding and motivating people to achieve a common goal.”
“Be a part of the team, not a boss.”
